Bilingual Clinical Therapist

Claudia Cardona, MSW, LCSW, is a compassionate, bilingual clinical therapist who provides mental health services to children ages 8 and up, adolescents, and adults. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Claudia uses a person-centered and holistic approach, tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, helping clients build resilience and move toward more fulfilling lives.

She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Western Carolina University and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University. Claudia has over four years of experience serving the Gaston County community, including work in social services, outpatient therapy, and school-based settings, supporting individuals with mental and physical health challenges.
